Google Assistant launch flow
This is a legacy workflow. Google Assistant behavior and app-launch capabilities have changed across Android versions and devices. Keep this page only for users whose current setup still supports the flow.
Original workflow
- Open Google Assistant on the phone.
- Ask Assistant to open Buttons for Alexa.
- When Buttons for Alexa opens in the supported flow, say the title of the saved routine you want to execute.
If this no longer works on your device, use a home-screen widget or Tasker automation instead.
