Run multiple Alexa routines from one button

Buttons for Alexa PRO can group several independent saved routines under the same label. Add that label as a widget and one tap launches the grouped routines — useful when a household action genuinely consists of several separate Alexa routines.

Example: one “Arrive home” button

Suppose you intentionally keep separate Alexa routines for the entrance lights, living-room lights and another smart-home action, but you want one Android widget to trigger the whole group.

Assign those independent saved commands the same label, such as Arrive home, then add a label widget.

How to create a label group

Create or open the first saved routine

Set the label that will identify the group, for example “Arrive home”.

Open each additional routine that should belong to the group and assign the identical label.

Arrange the group as needed

Keep the grouped commands arranged in the app according to the behavior you expect and test the complete workflow with the target Alexa devices.

Add the label widget to the Android home screen and choose the group you created.
