Price and restore
Check the current local price and purchase terms in the app. An amount shown for one country does not apply everywhere. Use the app’s licence refresh/restore option with the Google account used for the purchase. A pending purchase is not a completed purchase.
If restore fails, check your connection and Google account, then retry; do not purchase again just to fix a technical error.
